We build Swift products to extremely high standards, but if you ever need an exchange during the 5-year limited warranty, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either fixing, replacing, or refunding it.

We only offer returns for a single item purchased by a retail customer—and only one time per customer. Customized product and purchases for resale are not eligible for returns.
